This hot chocolate has a bit of spice, a little extra flavor and fusion. You will need callebaut chocolate, some orange zest, vanilla bean, milk, star anise and sea salt. Now we're just going to add the ingredients. Start by adding the milk into a tin.
Then add the star anise, Vanilla bean, A pinch of salt, and fresh orange zest.
Now bring the mixture up to a boil then let it simmer. Cover it and let it simmer for about six minutes to really let the flavours infuse. Then strain it over your couverture chocolate.
Now your perfect hot chocolate is ready to enjoy.
